The apu amd A10-6800K “Richland-DT” is the best example of the recently new family of APU A-Series third-generation of AMD, based on the new micro-architecture piledriver +, and that as we are informed from TechPowerUp, broken overclocking records in its class.
Some famous overclockers have pulled the AMD A10-5800K APU “Trinity-DT” at frequencies up to 7.93GHz , without disabling any kernel, disabling cores because it can overcome the barrier of 8.0GHz in AMD microprocessors.
Using liquid nitrogen cooling, the overclocker The Still managed to slightly exceed the barrier of 8.0GHz, overclocking an AMD A10-6800K APU “Richland-DT” to 8000.48MHz, and without recourse to disable any of its four cores A whole feat!
