AMD announces its 10 APU Partners
Last month, amd launched its new apu Series A-2 nd generation “Trinity” laptop , launch was followed by that of their APU E2-1000 Series “Arms 2.0″ . While both products are very interesting, the support of equipment Manufacturers is a crucial point for these products. From an event in China, AMD announced its APU Partners.
As it did last year with its program AMD Fusion Partner , in which open access to their fusion platform manufacturers of motherboards and graphics cards, this year does the same with the original equipment manufacturers (OEM), announcing that major companies such as Acer, Asus, Dell, Gagfeng (China), Gateway, HP, Lenovo, Rising (China), Samsung, Sony and Toshiba support their APUs trinity and Brazos 2.0 and will have many products available based on them.
AMD announces technologies that will add value to teams based on their APU as QSP Start Now, which allows fast startup time (10 seconds) and a fast switching between power saving modes sleep / wake (2 seconds) and Dual Graphics, which allows to increase the graphics performance of their low-end dedicated GPUs, making them work with the IGP in multi-GPU Hybrid-CrossFireX.
These devices come in a wide variety: netbooks, notebooks, tablets, Ultrahins, convertible variants (Ultrathin notebook to tablet and a tablet), All-In-1 (AIO), etc.. In mydrivers can appreciate a wide variety of notebooks of these companies based on the AMD APU Trinity and Brazos 2.0.
