AMD denies rumors of price cuts for its Llano APU

In late August, AMD made some adjustments to the prices of its entire line of microprocessors (CPUs) and APUs , cut it into space for the arrival of the Trinity ( released a few weeks ago ) and the CPU Vishera (will launched during the last two weeks of this month). But today many websites have been echoing a Rumor published by Digitimes, which announced new cuts for Llano APU.

The Digitimes rumor suggested that would make a price cut on three A-3000 Series APU “Llano” to make them more competitive. Before this rumor Rage3D those made contact with AMD, the answer they gave you just have not made any changes to their prices, so the rumor is false.

Interestingly in recent days have appeared many negative rumors to AMD, so this rumor may sound benign, end could also be negative for many users interested in benefiting from this supposed APU price cut, could choose to wait it becomes effective, a fact that will not happen, at least until AMD really make a new official price cut.
