AMD readies its new E1-1500 APU

In early June of this year, launched its new platform Brazos 2.0 , formed initially by E1 and E2-1200-1800 , and will soon be joined by the new APU.

The Brazos APU (based on bobcat micro-architecture) are the most successful AMD microprocessors, representing 39% of its sales volume (curiously competitors Intel Atom represent 4% of the turnover of Intel ) and AMD continue feeding this line of microprocessors with more products.

The E1-1500 APU will be based on the core Zacate (Bobcat dual core) and will have an operating frequency of 1.48GHz and 1MB L2, like others have a Brazos APU IGP HD 7320?? with 80 shader processors based architecture, which will have an operating frequency of 529MHz. The TDP of the new APU is 18W.

It is expected that the new E1-1500 APU is launched between January and March of next year by the APU E2-2000 .
