The company claims to achieve a 7% increase in the yield of the instructions per cycle (IPC), being 15% more energy efficient than Bulldozer.

We are ready to launch fx CPUs second generation, second product line in addition to the Trinity, with the latter under the same chip packaging graphics and central processing, while the will remain a microprocessor Pure performance for enthusiasts.

As indicated from AMD, the second generation FX overtake Intel Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge perhaps, but the main advantage is the good overclocking margin, as the APU, which share the same CPU core in the upcoming FX Vishera, have managed to climb to 7.3 GHz frequency, raising expectations.

In addition, the company say the new FX-Vishera have a 7% increase in the yield of the instructions per cycle (IPC), with 7% more often, being 15% more energy efficient, all this, in relation to the last generation FX-Bulldozer.
