Apple sues a Polish store for having a similar name
A.pl CEO Radoslaw Celinski simply said “the accusation is absurd.”
Maybe nerves for iPhone launch next Wednesday the company is taking to fight her name anywhere. According to the patent office Poloni to, the U.S. company filed three claims against A.pl: one to have a Logo “similar” to yours, for “using Apple’s reputation” to sell, and use a very similar name.
Accordingly, Apple hopes they will cancel the use of the logo and the name of the store.
