Apple will have to run ads explaining that Samsung has not copied
One of the many lawsuits that have lying around in the world of technology, Apple is against Samsung in the UK, dispute that is carried out by the claim that the Galaxy Tab tablets would be too similar to the iPad. But recently, the court gave its verdict in the case giving Samsung a favor , arguing that it failed to capture the essence of “cool” iPad, and therefore would not be a copy.
But one of the most striking things about this case is the recent decision taken by the British jury, who will force Apple to publish notices indicating that Samsung did not try to copy him, by way of cleaning up the image of the affected and make things clear between consumers.
The idea is to be issued advertisements in British newspapers and on the Apple website, where an explanatory message must be published at least six months. No doubt a big blow to the firm bite of the apple, now your image will be damaged as a result of this lawsuit failed, it was given back.
