China sends three astronauts to the Tiangong-1 space station

today launched a rocket with three astronauts on board, to complete a 15-day mission in laboratory is developing to become a Chinese space station.

The Shenzhou-10 was launched into space from the Gobi Desert, and is expected that once in orbit, is connected with the module . The astronauts – two men and a woman – will test module systems and conduct scientific experiments, in addition to a transmission for students on Earth.

China managed to connect a ship to the station Tiangong-1 in June last year, demonstrating the technological and logistical ability to create your own station. This is the first long-duration mission Chinese astronauts have performed in space.

China plans to undertake a mission to the moon by 2020 in its spatial plan.
