Does intelligent clock comes Google with augmented reality?
The SmartWatch is grabbing quite flight between manufacturers of the technology industry, so much so that now even Google could enter this market as a patent that recently the Patent and Trademark Office of the United States adopted the name of technology giant.
The patent application was submitted a year ago, and describes a clock with a camera that would have a transparent cover, which would be lifted after a screen augmented reality to provide information of objects and places around the device.
The way you use the Clock would be through a touch interface, and while we do not have many details, not even whether it will reach the market, it is certainly an interesting proposition. In my view it would be an ideal choice for those who may not wish to use the Google Glass by invasive (or if you already use optical lenses).
