Eric Schmidt says the relationship between Google and Apple is improving
Before he died, Steve Jobs vowed to destroy android , even if it meant spending all the money from Apple. Cupertino chief was anxious to end the Google operating system, which he considered a copy. This is one of many passages in the stormy relationship between the two companies, but it seems that it is lagging behind.
Eric Schmidt, who was once the CEO of Google, told the conference Allen and Co. that the relationship between Google and Apple has improved in the past year, as both companies have come together on numerous occasions. Schmidt did not give specific details, just simply say both companies are in constant business talks.
Schmidt was a key factor in the rapprochement between the two companies, however Android took flight after relations cooled while Apple decided to remove Maps and YouTube on iOS. While the ex-CEO of Google says that relations improve every day, maybe become fierce battle once the Moto X hits the market.
