Facebook is no longer one of the best places to work
Last year, the network was included in the List of the 25 companies that best balance the working lives of employees in the U.S., but this year is conspicuous by its absence. Worse, in 2011 Facebook was running in seventh place, and therefore calls so much attention that your name is no longer included in the ranking, something must have happened in the work environment, since the list was created based on the views workers themselves about their employer.
One of the main complaints of the people refers to the long working hours at the offices of Facebook. This contrasts well with the work environment within the top 5-ranked companies, which are encouraged to keep in check the number of hours worked, on the other hand, there are some studies that indicate that working more than 40 hours a week does not increase productivity.
First place Glassdoor ranking is occupied by Mitre, while in fifth and eighth appears CareerBuilder, LinkedIn.
