Firefox 18 Beta now available, includes improvements to its JavaScript compiler

18 is not officially arrive until next year, but the Beta of the next major version of the is available for download in several languages and tastes . Firefox users are still many and surely I will be thankful.

There are several changes and improvements in this version, the main new JavaScript compiler (now under the name IonMonkey) which should significantly reduce the time to process JavaScript instructions, up by 26% over previous versions of the compiler .

Moreover, improved support for the Retina display of some Apple branded equipment. Also added an option to disable the insecure content on HTTPS sites, and also a PDF viewer which is now integrated into the browser.

According to Mozilla, Firefox version 18 will be significantly faster than its predecessors, including significant improvements in boot time . Is it really so much beauty? We will have to try it.
