GIGABYTE expects to sell 20 million motherboards this year

Many users in Latin America and Spain, appreciate motherboards, which according to testimony, can yield a lower price, about the same, that the equivalent of more expensive brands like ASUS or MSI.

It seems that the world is also beginning to choose Gigabyte as a good alternative. According to DigiTimes, the Taiwanese technology giant, expects to close the year with at least 20 million motherboards sold, representing their level of annual sales, the highest to date.

In the first quarter, 4.8 million sold GIGABYTE motherboards, managing to reach 9.9 million units in total, at the end of June, according to DigiTimes sources.

It is expected that the company manages to sell in the second half, another 10 million units, which would beat his own record sales, to reach 20 million units by 2013.
