Gigabyte shows your motherboard GA-F2A85X-UP4
The date for the launch of AMD A-Series APU second generation is getting closer (rumored to go on sale next month on dates close to the launch of Windows 8), and while the countdown elapses toward it, gigabyte uses to show us your motherboard GA-F2A85X-UP4.
The Gigabyte motherboard GA-F2A85X-UP4 is based on AMD chipset A85X and supports the AMD A-Series microprocessors second generation “Trinity” for socket FM2. This motherboard is equipped with the new energy delivery system of Gigabyte, thanks to which promises lower temperatures in the VRM area. Why use the name “UP” instead of the traditional “UD”.
It also has four memory slots DDR3-1866, three PCIe 2.0 16X format capable of operating in multi-GPU mode 3-Way CrossFireX 8X +8 X +4 X. Among its other features are: four display outputs Eyefinity4 (DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI and VGA), six USB 3.0 ports (four rear and two front), six SATA-3, dual BIOS, among other features.
This motherboard will be available next month, coinciding with the launch of AMD trinity APU.
