Google did not infringe patents Oracle Android, says the jury

did not infringe of in the development of Android, the jury ruled in the lawsuit between two companies. The verdict was handed over to the court.

This does not mean that the trial was completed: the first part of the litigation, the jury could not agree on whether or not Google violated copyright Oracle on parts of Java.

Google claimed that Oracle can not put copyrighted APIs, and that they had a right to “fair use” of material for Android. Without a decision in this regard, Oracle can not ask to be paid damages for their claims.

The judge still must decide on various matters related to this subject, which will determine whether the judgment will be again.
