Google Nexus 7 puts advertising on the cover of the Seeker
The front page of Google is traditionally white and free of ads, except occasionally at a time that the company has a product you want to promote. In 2010, promoted Chrome and Google Nexus One on its cover and in 2009 announced the sale of the Motorola Droid. In these cases, it was located below the phrases search bar. But now, we are talking about a large photo of Nexus tablet 7 appearing under the form.
The warning appears only in the United States, promoting the team for $199, which to date has sold fairly well. The Google homepage is one of the most visited websites in the world, so it is certainly a place where the notice does not go unnoticed. The cover is by Google, so you can use it as you see fit – however, raises the question whether the company will begin to implement this kind of thing on a larger scale.
Some have speculated that the warning might be trying to push the team to the possible departure to the sale of iPad Mini , the new course rumored Apple tablet.
