Google prohibits use Glass in their stockholder meetings
Glass Google has caused quite a sensation and some controversy regarding the Privacy of third parties who may be photographed, videotaped, or whose faces could be recognized by software in Glass. Thus, the device has been banned in some facilities , which now include the meeting of shareholders from Google.
This is because it is forbidden to enter cameras, camcorders, smartphones and other devices that can record, which leaves out the Glass. The reason for this, obviously, is to protect the information discussed during the meeting and the privacy of the shareholders and the company, although the company believes that the privacy of others “not a big problem” Glass .
Consumer Watchdog NGO Google accused of hypocrisy by this situation, indicating that fosters with Glass to make recordings and photographs that invade privacy, while “when it comes to their own privacy, Google executives jealously guard”.
