How to download applications from other countries in the Windows 8 Store
Windows 8 is here to stay and what is striking is its new interface and the new app store he owns, which is already at a little over 12,000 Applications available. That if not all are available for everyone, as some are just local.
However, you can access them from your country doing a little “trick” in the Windows settings. Pay attention to the following instructions.
First of all, you must have 100% closed the Windows app store. If you are running in the background, just start the task manager by right clicking on the toolbar and select the “Task Manager”. You then select the application “Store” and click “End Task”.
Now let’s go to the classic Windows Control Panel. Did you lose the Control Panel in Windows 8? You can access directly from Windows Explorer or start the search from the menu on the right “control panel”. Then you have to select “Clock, Language and Region” and then select “Change Location”.
Now a new window will open allowing you to select a country, you may find your current location selected. Just you select another country, such as the United States and select “Apply” then “OK”.
And that’s it! Now on the App Store Windows 8 you will find applications that previously could not see because they simply are blocked in your country. There are some that are free and some for sale, and obviously also find new games.
If you’d like to have the shop for your country, simply repeat the above steps choosing your current location. Do not worry because your downloaded apps will not be deleted and will continue to function.Tags: Applications, countries, discharge, Microsoft, shop, store, Windows 8
