HP launches new W-Series EliteBook Ivy Bridge CPUs and graphics-MB AMD FirePro
Last year, HP introduced its line of notebooks EliteBook , laptops with screens of 14 and 15.6 “based on Intel microprocessors-MB Sandy Bridge (second generation core notebooks) and promised up to 32 hours of battery life.
This year HP announces new EliteBooks, which will now be based on current Intel microprocessors Ivy Bridge-MB (third generation Core notebooks). The new models are: EliteBook 8470W (14 “), EliteBook 8570W (15.6″) and EliteBook 8770W (17.3 “), the three available with Intel Core i5 or Core i7 and amd FirePro graphics. Optionally users can choose to display graphics or Nvidia Quadro ips ( In-Plane Switching ).
Among its other features are: up to 32GB of DDR3 memory, four USB 3.0 ports, and a stylish chassis of a tough magnesium-aluminum alloy resistant to dust, vibration, shock, altitude, falling, high and low temperatures.
The new W-Series EliteBook will be available this month at prices of $ 1329 (8470W), U.S. $ 1449 (8570W) and $ 1699 (8770W).
