HP, Nokia and Acer are the greenest technology companies
Greenpeace, an institution known environmentalist, has revealed the results of its latest study Guide to Greener Electronics, which evaluated the companies that make electronic devices based on their commitment to nature in three aspects: energy care and climate generation gadgets more “green” and sustainable implementation of enterprise-wide operations.
The striking first place (away) goes to Wipro, an unknown brand related to the area of information technology. But aside from her, the three brands that have better policies and practices this year 2012 are HP, Nokia and Acer, with the latter ranking climb significantly if compared with last year’s results , where HP, Dell and Nokia took the podium.
Also this year, Dell, Apple and Samsung continued further down the list, with the top two podium down in 2011 because of a change in their practices, along with new methods of evaluation by Greenpeace, although the leadership of HP remained intact.
