Hynix entered the mercad of SSDs

SK Hynix chips known manufacturer of DRAM memory (DDR, DDR2 and DDR3), VRAM (DDR3 and GDDR5), NAND Flash, image sensors (CIS), among other products, announces its entry into the SSD market with its first products with 128 and 256GB capacities. Notice that we do not wonder, then a few days ago we learned that bought a manufacturer of SSD controllers .

SK Hynix SSD 2.5 “Solid State Drive promise high speed and low power consumption compared to hard drives traditional magnetic (HDD) and are based on NAND Flash ONFI made synchronous with the 20nm manufacturing process.

These new SSDs are SATA format-3 (6Gb / s) and offer faster read and write sequential 510MB/sy 470mb / s, as well as support functions such as TRIM (high speed data clearing), End-to- End Protection (safety and protection against data loss).

Hynix has not revealed the cost of your new SSD.
