IFA 2012: Dell notebook-tablet hybrid presented with Swivel Screen

Duo The XPS 12 is a updated model of Dell Inspiron Duo presented by the company in 2010 and its main feature is obvious, because its screen can be rotated to close the lid to the computer can be used as a tablet.

But unlike the old model with its Atom processor, the XPS 12 is an ultrabook Duo processor which can be up to Intel Core i7. The hybrid is designed for use with Windows 8, has a 12.5-inch touchscreen Full HD protected by Gorilla Glass , a Mini DisplayPort output port, two USB ports and you could put a hard drive up to 256GB SSD.

The Duo XPS 12 is made of polycarbonate and reaches two inches thick. Furthermore, to ensure firmness, the screen is held by a fiberglass structure.

Dell ensures that your will be available when it goes on sale on Windows 8 in October, and did not say what would be the price of the laptop when it’s released.
