IFA 2012: Lenovo announces new notebooks IdeaPad S300, S400 and S405
Lenovo today announced a series of new ultraportable IdeaPad S series, adding to his collection S300 13.3-inch, 14-inch S400 and S405, also 14 inches.
The teams are covered with metal but come in colors such as red, gray and pink. Teams are 21.9 mm thick at the most “fat” and weighs 1.8 kg. The biggest difference between a model and the other is in the processor. The S300 and S400 comes with a Core i3 or Core i5, while the S405 integrated AMD A8 processor (so this would be a ” ultrathin “).
Storage options include 500 GB, 750 GB or 1 TB, while the S400 and S405 include the option to add a 32GB SSD.
According to Lenovo, the teams delivered a battery life of up to 5 hours, and will go on sale this month in the U.S. and in Europe in November from USD $499. Although come with Windows 7, can upgrade to Windows 8.
