In Japan designed a facial recognition system to act as an Avatar

A group of students from Keio University, Japan, designed a technology and low-cost gesture that only uses a standard PC and a webcam-style avatars to identify Everquest II.

The uses an algorithm that is updated according to the movements of the face, with a level of precision and impressive update.

The developers of the team of Professor Mitsukura hope that this concept can masificarse due to low operating cost and hardware requirements in h-day tasks that are highly complex both knowledge and equipment requirements, such as animation or SOEmote style game controls.
