Intel Atom N570 (1.66Ghz) vs ARM Cortex-A15 (1.7GHz)

A few days ago Google launched their Chromebooks based Samsung Exynos 5250 SoC , and from Anandtech bring us a review of it, where the features and evaluate their performance.

Focusing on performance, or more precisely the of SoC 5250 (ARM Cortex-A15 running at 1.7GHz), which is based, those of Anandtech’s posing as some tests and compared their performance against a team based on the Atom N570 (dual core “Saltwell) running at 1.66GHz, capable of running four threads of processing thanks to HyperThreading technology.

Without further ado, here are some of their test:

Note: Figures are based on a percentage, for all cases where the performance of Intel Atom N570 CPU represents 100%.

We recommend reviewing the full review on Anandtech.
