Intel Haswell-ULT SoC dual core with IGP GT3 sighted
Although we know that Intel is developing future microprocessors and SoC-ULV Ivy Bridge and Haswell-ULT with 10W TDPs from apparently Haswell-TDP 10W ULT will appear at a later date to the soc Haswell-15W ULT , which may be launched in the first six months of next year.
From Computerbase bring us a screenshot of the intel Power Thermal Utility Tool, running on a copy of a preliminary Haswell SoC-ULT, which has two cores running at 1.3GHz capable of running four threads of processing (hyperthreading) and integrated graphics Denlow GT3 (40 EUs those 160 shader processors grouped) running at 400MHz (600MHz in Turbo mode) and a TDP of 15W.
For SoC specifications could deduce that it is a Core i3/i5/i7 and its TDP is 15W although not enough for a breakthrough on the current 17W-ULV Ivy Bridge, then we must consider that the 7M Series Intel chipsets have a TDP of 3W, giving a set of 20W TDP compared to 15W-ULT Haswell SoC, which would have a 25% lower TDP of Ivy Bridge ULV + chipset-7m.
Since this is a prototype, we could see higher operating frequencies in the final versions of Haswell-ULT.
