Intel lowers the price of some of its microprocessors
Just three days ago Intel released its new Core i3 microprocessors third generation desktop “Ivy Bridge-DT” launch intel itself causes reset the prices of some of their past generation microprocessors.
Intel today announced new prices for some of its processors Core i3, Pentium and Celeron second generation, based on the core Sandy Bridge-DT, as it serves to make room for newcomers Pentium Core i3 and third generation, and also makes them more attractive to consumers.
Without further ado here microprocessors benefit from the price cuts:
- Core i3-2130: $117 (formerly $138).
- Pentium G870: $75 (previously $86).
- Pentium G550: $42 (previously $52).
It is expected that the new prices take effect in the course of this week.
