Leaked hardware requirements of Windows 8.1 and Windows 8.1 RT
Tomorrow Microsoft released the public draft (Preview) of windows 8.1, the first of the expected receive annual updates free Windows 8, and promises to improve many aspects of the current operating system.

Microsoft claims Windows 8 and 8.1 require a microprocessor with an operating frequency of 1.0GHz or higher.
