LG presents tablets and an “all in one” with Windows 8
He began the countdown to the official launch of Windows 8, the new operating system from Microsoft, which will be released on October 26. LG introduced the teams and will release the new OS, including a slider Tablet and an “all in one”.
The H160 is called tablet includes a keyboard and a display that automatically slides when push a button. The display is 11.6 inches, compatible with the LG stylus (Smart Touch Pen). The machine weighs 1 kg and measures 15.9 mm thick, and includes USB ports, HDMI and a slot for a micro SD card. The company promises 10 hours of battery life, and although the details of the internal specifications have not been revealed, it is assumed that the processor would be an Intel Atom Clover Trail.
Meanwhile, the “one” will be called V325, is 23-inch multitouch screen with 1080p resolution. Inside comes with an Intel Core i5 Ivy Bridge, and a NVIDIA GeForce GT640M. The device comes with a built-in tuner and works as a television when the PC is off.
The devices will go on sale in South Korea on October 26. Still not stated international availability of this equipment.
