Mickey Mickey: The device that converts almost any surface into a key or joystick
For the more seasoned players, a Joystick titanium, kevlar or glass gorilla could be the ultimate for your requirements. For other dreamers, from one made of Lego pieces to one made with a rich cheese and bacon sandwich would be ideal, especially for those who like autopremiarse after spending a screen.
These wishes could become reality with the launch of Mickey Mickey kit, which provides the ability to convert almost any surface into a game controller or input control.
This concept was developed by the MIT Media Lab researchers led by Jay Silver and Eric Rosenbaum. Inspired by the old science and electronic games for children, the researchers created a circuit board, along with some alligator clips and USB cables can turn anything into pieces of a joystick or user interface.
In the video we can see Jay and Eric doing some really fun shows the use of this kit, which is obviously limited by the user imagination.
The bill was introduced on the platform of Financing social Kickstarter with a base of $ 25 billion , but in a few weeks received about 4 000 partners contributed more than $ 175 000 to finance the kit, and I probably will have among its contributors by the ingenuity of the idea.Entrepreneurship, Gadgets, Inventions, Joystick, Kickstarter, MIT, User Interface
