Microsoft would be working to block apps that revive the Start button on Windows 8

This is not official information, but it is said that is working to eliminate the possibilities that exist to bring back the button and the in 8, which now depends on the to operate Metro.

The disappearance of the menu made some attempt to replace it through small “hacks” , something that Microsoft apparently does not feel right. According WinSuperSite , Microsoft is “furiously removing” legacy code to reinstall that allows the home button, menu and other parts of the desktop interface that has been with us since Windows 95.

Microsoft does not seem willing to offer the traditional desktop as an alternative to Metro, committed to this new system to Windows 8, which follows different logics. There will be options for you after reboot enter directly to the desktop, which surely will anger users accustomed to the traditional system, in addition to the companies that typically use older programs and hardly begin to develop apps like Metro to run their businesses in the short term.

Preview Release Windows 8 will debut today in some moments, apparently the prohibition of the start menu still is not working.
