More Qualcommm Snapdragon SoC benchmarks 800
There are still a few weeks before the first smartphones and tablets based on Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC 800 (based on krait microarchitecture 400) make their appearance, but the first benchmarks that were performed, managed to impress more than one .
From Bright Side of News we get even more benchmarks to test platform 800 Snapdragon MDP (Mobile Development platfom), comparing their findings to other smartphones among which are:
- HTC One (Snapdragon 600).
- HTC Droid DNA (Snapdragon S4 Pro).
- HTC One X (Tegra 3).
- LG Optimus G AT & T / Sprint (Snapdragon S4 Pro).
Without further ado, here are some of the tests performed by Bright Side of News:
Snapdragon 800 offers outstanding performance in all tests, in many cases exceeding our expectations based on promises made by Qualcomm itself.
The adreno 330 gpu built into the Snapdragon SoC 800 stands as one of the most powerful available for portable devices, defying even the AMD Radeon HD 8330 igp (integrated in Kabini SoC) test in 3DMark 2013 Ice Storm.
