NVIDIA reveals some details of its Tegra SoC Wayne and Grey at CES 2013
Recent rumors suggested that possibly Nvidia Tegra SoC launched its highly anticipated 4 in January next year , but apparently still have to wait a few more months to see it in action, but Nvidia confirms that revealed the first official details on tegra 4 in January 2013, closer to ces 2013.
Nvidia plans to announce its next-generation Tegra soc “Tegra 4″ during CES 2013, and hope to announce the first products based on it for the MWC event in February 2013. The SoC Tegra 4 will be available in two editions: wayne and Grey, the latter variant will have a modem built 3G/4G/LTE, who expect the property become a popular choice among developers of smartphones.
As rumored, both products are manufactured with the 28nm manufacturing process at TSMC, based on the arm Cortex-A15 core and incorporate Nvidia geforce graphics ULT next generation.
