NVIDIA reveals some details of its Tegra SoC Wayne and Grey at CES 2013

Recent rumors suggested that possibly Nvidia Tegra SoC launched its highly anticipated 4 in January next year , but apparently still have to wait a few more months to see it in action, but confirms that revealed the first official details on 4 in January 2013, closer to ces 2013.

Nvidia plans to announce its next-generation Tegra “Tegra 4″ during CES 2013, and hope to announce the first products based on it for the event in February 2013. The SoC will be available in two editions: and Grey, the latter variant will have a modem built 3G/4G/LTE, who expect the property become a popular choice among developers of smartphones.

As rumored, both products are manufactured with the 28nm manufacturing process at TSMC, based on the Cortex-A15 core and incorporate Nvidia graphics ULT next generation. It is hoped that the first products based on Grey arrive between April and June 2013, while Wayne-based products will likely make an appearance from July to December 2013.
