Nvidia reveals Specifications of GeForce GT 640 DDR3

A few days ago the web leaked the alleged specifications of NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 , which comes in three editions and will be released within a few days during the Computex 2012 .

From 4Gamers report that during the very few moments in your web revealed the specifications of the low-end version of the GT 640, which has DDR3 memory with 128-bit bus.

The GeForce GT 640 is based on the core and will gk107 with 384 ALUs (shader Processors) running at 891MHz (900MHz technology through its Boost), 32 texture units, 16 ROPs, 2GB of DDR3 memory bus of 128 bits running at 900MHz and a TDP of 65W. Like the other Nvidia GPUs kepler based architecture is compatible with PCIe 3.0.

It is hoped that this new GPU will be available next week. Price is still unknown.
