Paul Ceglia is arrested for forgery after suing Zuckerberg and Facebook
Some may remember Paul Ceglia, a subject two years ago said to own 85% of Facebook , and sued the company to be given your part. Things did not turn out too well for Ceglia, since the documents on which it based its claims would be false, and now the subject should face justice for having forged a plan to rip off Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg for millions of dollars.
Ceglia was charged with mail fraud and wire fraud in New York. The merchant had sued the social network in 2010 ensuring that Zuckerberg in 2003 had signed a contract with him that he handed Ceglia entitled to a percentage of the company.
Authorities now say that, after considering the evidence, determined that Ceglia forged the first page of the contract and attached to the second sheet, which had the signatures of both parties. Also the date of the contract, the April 18, 2003, is prior to when Zuckerberg and the other founders devised the project site.
The original contract between Zuckerberg and Ceglia that date was for a programming job, but made no mention of Facebook or ownership of any site or service.
In March, Facebook released the emails sent by Zuckerberg to Ceglia , showing that the latter allegations were false.
