Playing Ultra High Definition (4K)

Playing Ultra High Definition (4K)

On previous occasions we have seen brief demonstrations of some like Max Payne 3 and Crysis 3 to HD resolution (or 4K: 3840 x 2160), on this occasion, Anandtech brings us a mini-review testing various games resolution.

For this used a computer based on the Intel Core i7-4770K overclocked to 4.2GHz and 16GB (2x8GB) Memory Corsair Vengeance DDR3-2800 Pro and various video cards based on and GPUs.

Without further ado, here are some of the results of the test:

We have published their two most intensive test, which shows that none of the Nvidia GPUs and AMD were able to move at a rate of at least 30 frames per second, requiring solutions to this dual GPU as GTX 690 and HD 7990 or multi-VGA configurations 2/3/4-Way SLI / CrossFireX.

We recommend reviewing the full review Anandtech.
