Rumor: Nvidia prepares its new GeForce GTX 670 SE

A few days ago a leaked about a possible new GPU being prepared, which would be called GeForce GTX 660 SE , but the GPU specifications were very confusing, because their data suggested that 1152 would be 768 or shader processors. From WCCF Tech tell us that 1152 will be known as shaders and GTX 670 SE.

The new GeForce GTX 670 is based on the core GK104, apparently will perform quite close to the GeForce GTX 670, which is why Nvidia have decided to use a name very similar to her older sister, to avoid calling Geforce GTX 665, many users relacionarían name in his time with the unpopular Geforce GTX 465. Remains unknown whether to use a memory bus 256 or 192 bits.

Next to the GeForce GTX 670 SE also reach GeForce gtx 660 Ti (768 Shader processors) and GeForce GTX 660 (576 shader processors), the latter two will be based on the new kernel GK106, which has half the units calculation that the core GK104, so it will be much more economical to produce.
