This great performance comes thanks to the controller S4LJ204X01 MDX-Y040, based on an ARM Cortex-R4 core triple-core, which is associated with NAND flash memory made to 20nm, which explains the great advantage that this series takes 840 to its predecessor, the Samsung 830 Series.
