Sapphire launches its new video card Radeon HD 7730 1GB and 2GB

In mid-May this year launched its MSI , the first video card based on the Radeon HD 7730 “Cape Verde LE” GPU which bases its 2 new Radeon HD video cards 7730 Radeon HD 7730 DDR3.

The specifications of the AMD Radeon HD 7730 GPU we have:

  • 384 shader processors running at 800MHz.
  • 24 texture units (TMUs).
  • 16 rendering units (ROPs).
  • 50W TDP.

There are 2 versions of this card:

  • 1GB of GDDR5 memory with 128-bit bus running at 1125MHz (4500MHz effective).
  • 2GB memory with 128-bit bus running at 900MHz (1800MHz effective).

Visually both versions look identical, and given its 50W TDP, do not require any additional power connector, power bastándoles provided by the PCI Express slot itself.

The DDR3 2GB version is priced at € 69 in the European market, while the one with 1GB GDDR5 version priced at € 70 (the latter has a higher throughput). Its price is still unknown american overseas market.
