Shows Futuremark 3DMark trailer for the upcoming Windows 8 with DirectX 11
We had already seen: Futuremark is preparing its popular 3DMark benchmark for the new operating system Windows 8, which for a while now highlighted by visual displays to the user during testing, as well as support for new technologies in them.
So now the company gave a preview as a movie-trailer-very of what we see in 3DMark on screen through a video showing the journey of a browser on a somewhat hostile environment, followed by a strange robot keeps him company … pure suspense.
But besides that, note that this version of the benchmark suite will be the first to offer support for testing unified graphics APIs under DirectX 9, 10 and 11, together with intelligent tessellation using volumetric lighting under DirectX 11, with several other effects to squeeze the performance of our VGA.
