Sony will allow developers to create their own firmware for smart watch

launched the Open SmartWatch Project , a project to allow to create their own firmware and applications for smart watch, giving it greater potential in this device launched last year.

So far, developers could access a development kit (SDK) for creating applications officer, but the amount of resources offered was limited. Sony is looking to attract more developers, and start forged an alliance with Arduino for a hackathon in Sweden, where versions might appear interesting to watch.

Perhaps Sony itself is inspired by the ideas that appear to create a new smart watch, now that so many companies seem to be interested in them.
