Stratasys MakerBot bought U.S. $ 403 million

The maker Stratasys announced today that it will buy the company MakerBot-founded in 2009 and has sold about 22,000 for home use on its popular Replicator – for U.S. $ 403 million in a transaction-based exchange in the current price of the shares of Stratasys.
