Tegra SoC sales 4 are still low

Tegra SoC sales 4 are still low

Although has started successfully purchase orders its Tegra April , from manufacturers such as Toshiba, Asustek Computer and Hewlett-Packard for its high-end products, because clearance volumes are still limited, sources of superior supply chain believe that Nvidia will have to wait until the launch of its Tegra processor 4i integrated 4G LTE support to reverse the trend.

The SoC has certain advantages in terms of performance, but because of its high price, most brand marketers are now turning to solutions based manufacturers in China or Taiwan’s MediaTek, which offer a good ratio performance / price. Currently, the Tegra 4 focuses primarily on markets midrange and high. For example, Toshiba has launched a tablet based on Tegra 4 in Japan.

HP is set to launch in August a tablet Tegra 4, the SlateBook X2. In addition to Android, HP recently launched an All-in-One based Entegra 4. Furthermore, SoC Asustek is using its last Tegra 4 for Transformer Pad Infinity.
