The center of London will have free WiFi

Good news for those attending the Olympics: The center of the British capital will have free connections in return for some publicity, of course.

Starting today, emblematic areas of the heart of London as the Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Exhibition Road, will have access, in charge of the company that will finance the service O2 through advertising that appears on the page main navigation.

This measure is very well connected London during the Olympics, and remember that 80 subway stations have WiFi financed by Virgin Media, and even taxis in the British capital will have free Internet access.

Paradoxically, within the precincts where Olympic competitions will develop restricted access to the Internet: Yesterday we knew that among the list of things banned at the Olympic Stadium are the points of broadband Internet access in addition to the express prohibition of sharing 3G connection between devices.
