The Director of the Patent and Trademark Office U.S. will relinquish his post

No doubt has a job quite controversial: is the Director of the and Trademark Office of the United States, that is, ultimately responsible for delivering all these software that are technology companies spending more money buying and defend their patents to invest in innovation .

However, and without anyone anticipated, David Kappos relinquish his post in January next year to hold office for four years, during which it has been well evaluated due to the implementation of various policies to expedite the process patent application, such as first opening offices in places like Silicon Valley and Detroit.

Kappos, who was vice president of IBM before assuming his current position, defended a few days ago with enough intensity stating that “the current patent war of mobile phones is not a problem, but it shows that the system works ” .
