The new GTX 660 joins the line Alienware X51

becomes the first major ally of the new video card OEM as has just announced it will be including this GPU as an option for the equipment line “mini desktop” X51.

The specifications of this version of the card had already been detailed in a previous article , but in the case of the X51, Dell chose version 1.5 GB of GDDR5 memory. According to the official site of Alienware , this configuration “Battlefield will run at 1080p resolution and 50 frames per second.” Clearly, with this GPU performance will exceed the previous GT delivering 545.

The most basic model, in what may be the concept of X51-including the GTX 660 also comes with Intel Core i5-3450 third generation (Ivy Bridge), 8GB of RAM (DDR3 1600 MHz), 1 TB disk drive, and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Prices start at $1049.
