The Wall Street Journal wants to create its own social network
The wall street journal plans to launch a similar business Social Network LinkedIn, as published by The Times . The business newspaper, owned by Rupert Murdoch, is in the process of restructuring its financial offer, adding a messaging system for investors and a news service called Dow Jones X.
This is not the first venture of News Corp in social networks, which already had a (bad) experience with MySpace. The company acquired the social network in 2005 for $ 580 million, selling it in 2011 for just USD $ 35 million to Specific Media and Justin Timberlake.
There are no details on when it might appear WSJ business network, although according to the Times still be missing months for release.
