Time-lapse of Shuttle Endeavour

Time-lapse of Shuttle Endeavour

The younger brother of a family of 5 orgullasa space shuttles (Columbia, Challenger, Discovery and Atlantis) arrived a few days ago to its new home at the California Science Center at Exposition Park in Los Angeles, in fact, much Angelenos could see the arrival of the ferry to the city when flown at low altitude step aboard a Boeing 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft.

Airport (LAX) Endeavour moved overland to the Science Center which was an even more impressive. Along the way (almost 20 miles) had to make some minor adjustments to achieve transportation obstacles that could prevent damage the shuttle but, as you can realize in the video, made it safe and sound.

I can only imagine the excitement that people must have felt to see his house go through a mass of 85 tons was also in the room on several occasions.

Watch and enjoy (click on the photo).
