Windows 8.1 will allow tablets to be used in portrait mode

While Microsoft did not reveal any Surface with 8 inch screen at Computex, then at least some improvements announced they plan to do with the upgrade to 8.1 operating system Windows 8, which will be released soon and where they would be arrangements to improve the user interface on small screens.
