Yahoo! renews its news section and is adapted to the interests of the reader

has just unveiled a new revamped version of its section ( Yahoo! News ) now integrates some small but interesting changes regarding the tastes and interests of the reader.

The design is now “more modern, intuitive, and staff”, allowing almost completely customized news feed that is displayed on the main page. By placing the cursor over a headline, appears little button that hides several options, depending on how relevant is the news, for example, you can choose not to continue showing headlines relating to a particular item, or their related topics.

Each time users log in, the engine will “learn” about preferences in order to show central completely personalized news and headlines relating to their interests.

In this version of the news display should be much easier. Yahoo! also be rolling out a revamped version of its iOS news, and promises those same improvements “soon” also on Android. They all look the same depending on the platform is the watchword, in line with current trends.
